Foundations · Top left of layout
- An Ace and King of each color are dealt here at the start of the game.
- Build first and third piles up in alternate color from Ace to King.
- Build second and fourth piles down in alternate color from King to Ace.
Tableau · Below foundations
- Cards are moved here from the waste.
- The top card of each pile is available for play on the foundations.
Stock · Top right of layout
- Turn up one card at a time to the waste.
- There are two redeals.
Waste · Below stock
- Top card is available for play on the foundations or tableau.
