Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information the 700 Solitaire Games mobile applications for iOS and Android (the “App”) collect, why they collect it, and what choices you have. The App is published by MobArts Ltd. (“we”, “us”).
The free edition of the App is supported by advertising and offers an optional paid subscription that removes the ads. Sections below that concern advertising apply only to the free edition while ads are shown.
Short summary
- You can play every game in the App without giving us any information at all.
- We ask for a player name and a country only if you choose to submit a result to the online Top Scores list. Submitting is always optional.
- We do not ask for, and do not want, your e-mail address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or any account credentials.
- Advertising and analytics are handled by third parties (Google and its mediation partners), and in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland they run only in the way you allow through the consent screen.
- Your saved games, statistics and settings stay on your device.
Information you choose to give us
Top Scores
When you win a game, the App offers to add your result to a public Top Scores list. If you accept, the following is sent to our database (Google Cloud Firestore) and becomes publicly visible inside the App:
- Player name — whatever you type. It does not have to be your real name, and we recommend that it is not.
- Country — suggested from your device’s language and region setting, and freely changeable by you before you submit. It is not derived from GPS, Wi-Fi or your IP address, and it identifies a country only, never a place.
- Game name, score, number of moves and elapsed time.
- App version and operating system version — used to interpret and validate results across releases.
- A random installation identifier — a value the App generates by itself on first use and stores on your device. It is not your advertising identifier and not a hardware or account identifier, it is not shared with any third party, and it exists so that one player cannot fill the whole list. Uninstalling the App discards it; a later reinstall generates a new one.
- The time of submission.
If you never submit a result, none of the above ever leaves your device.
Information collected automatically
Usage analytics
The App uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the games are used — for example how often a game is won or lost, how often the deck is reshuffled, and whether an advertisement was shown successfully. These events carry counters and status values only. We do not attach your name, your e-mail address or the contents of anything you typed to them.
Advertising
Advertisements in the free edition are served by Google AdMob, which may in turn request an advertisement from the following mediation partners:
- AppLovin
- InMobi
- ironSource (Unity)
- Unity Ads
- Vungle (Liftoff)
These providers may collect and process device and usage information in order to select, deliver, measure and report on advertisements. Depending on your consent choices and your device settings, this can include your device’s advertising identifier (the Advertising ID on Android, the Identifier for Advertisers on iOS), IP address, device model, operating system version, coarse region, and interaction with the advertisements shown. Each provider acts under its own privacy policy:
Content downloads
Optional background images are downloaded from Google Cloud Storage when you select them. This is a download only — nothing about you is uploaded in the process, though as with any internet request the serving provider processes your IP address in order to deliver the file.
Your choices and consent
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland the App shows a consent screen (Google’s User Messaging Platform) before advertising begins, and advertising is personalised only if you allow it. You can reopen that screen at any time from Menu → About → Privacy Settings and change your answer.
On iOS, the system additionally asks for permission before the App’s advertising partners may use the Identifier for Advertisers to track you across apps. Declining does not limit the game in any way; you will simply see less relevant advertisements. You can revisit the decision in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
On Android you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads.
Removing advertising entirely is also possible by subscribing (see below).
Subscriptions and purchases
The App offers an optional auto-renewing Premium subscription whose only effect is to remove advertising. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple (App Store / StoreKit) or Google (Google Play Billing), according to which store you installed the App from.
We never see or store your payment details. No card number, no billing address and no store account identity ever reaches us. The App receives only a confirmation from the store that an active subscription exists, and keeps that answer on your device in order to hide the advertisements. Your purchase history is held by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies.
Information that stays on your device
The following never leaves your device and is not visible to us: your saved and auto-saved games, your statistics, your chosen card faces, backs and backgrounds, your settings, and the player name and country you last used for Top Scores. All of it is removed when you uninstall the App.
How long we keep information
Top Scores entries are kept for as long as the list exists, because a high-score table without its history has no purpose. They are grouped by period (daily, weekly, monthly and all-time), and entries drop out of the shorter periods as those periods pass. You may ask us to delete your entries at any time — see the next section.
Analytics data is retained under the retention setting of our Google Analytics for Firebase property. Advertising data is retained by each advertising provider under its own policy.
How to delete your information
To remove a Top Scores entry you submitted, write to support@mobarts.net from any address and tell us the player name and, if you can, the game and the approximate date. We will find the matching entries and delete them, normally within 30 days.
To remove everything the App holds about you locally, uninstall it.
To stop analytics and advertising data being collected in the future, withdraw your consent in Menu → About → Privacy Settings, or subscribe to remove advertising, or uninstall the App.
Your rights
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, delete, export and restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to it. Where we rely on consent — which is the case for personalised advertising — you may withdraw it at any time, with no effect on what was lawful before. If you are in California, you have comparable rights, and we note that we do not sell personal information for money.
Write to support@mobarts.net to exercise any of these rights. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
International transfers
Our database and analytics run on Google’s infrastructure and our advertising partners operate globally, so information described in this policy may be processed outside your country, including in the United States, under the safeguards those providers put in place.
Children’s privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Because the player name in Top Scores is free text, we ask parents and guardians to make sure a child does not enter a real name. If you believe a child has given us personal information, write to support@mobarts.net and we will delete it.
Security
Traffic between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but the App is built so that the amount of information at risk stays small: it holds no accounts, no passwords and no payment data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the App changes. The date at the top always shows the current version, and material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect.
