Foundations · Top left of layout
- You choose the base rank for the 4 foundations by playing any card to the first foundation.
- Built in ascending family sequence from the rank of the first card, wrapping from King to Ace as necessary, until each pile contains 13 cards.
- Top card (except base one) available for play.
- Complete these piles to win the game.
Tableau · Below foundations
- Built in descending alternate color sequence wrapping from Ace to King as necessary.
- The exposed card of each tableau is available for play. Also, a pack of exposed cards in descending altenate color sequence is available for play on another tableau.
- Spaces are automatically filled from the reserves if possible then by any card or any valid sequence.
Reserve · Right side of layout
- The topmost card is available for play on the foundations and tableau and can be used to fill spaces in the tableau.
Stock · Top right of layout
- Turn cards up one at a time from the stock.
- There is one redeal.
Waste · Left of stock
- The topmost card is available for play on the foundations and tableau.
